After Breakfest on Day 2 we took to bikes to explore the surrounding coffee farms in the the valley that Jenny and her family own or have partnerships with.

We learned each Farm had a different mix of Coffee Beans being grown some focused exclusively on Robusta while some had a mix of Arabica / Robusta and even Liberica.

Each type of bean has different requirements when it comes to the time required, harveting technique, yield, and marketability.
