Outside the Warehouse we got our first look at the Robusta Beans on the plants. These were bright cherry red, referred to as Coffee Cherries as their outer green skin has fallen off and the red of the bean is exposed. When the Coffee Bean is in this state it is close to being ready for harvest which begins around November.
